All participants and applicants are required to read, understand, and agree to these rules before entering the Bridge Life, Inc. program.
Required Reading
All applicants and participants must read and agree to these rules in full before submitting an application or entering the program. Violation of any rule may result in disciplinary action or immediate dismissal.
All individuals entering the Bridge Life program must complete a formal intake process. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed and is subject to review and approval.
- A completed application with cover letter must be submitted prior to intake.
- Submitting an application does not reserve space or guarantee acceptance.
- Applicants will be notified of their approval status following review.
- An intake fee is required upon entry into the program.
- Participants are responsible for any required program fees as outlined during intake.
- All participants must sign and agree to the Program Rules and Regulations before being admitted.
- Participants must provide valid identification and any required documentation at intake.
