A Fresh Start for Those Who Need It Most
Bridge Life, Inc. was founded on the belief that every person — regardless of their past — deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity and purpose. We are a nonprofit re-entry and rehabilitation organization based in Decatur, Alabama, committed to walking alongside individuals as they transition from incarceration back into the community.
Our facility at 1611 Church Street S.E. serves as more than just a place to stay — it is a structured, supportive environment where participants receive the tools, accountability, and encouragement they need to succeed. From transitional housing and employment support to spiritual discipleship and recovery programs, we address the whole person.
"Bridge the Gap by Restoring Lives and Reclaiming Dignity."
We partner with families, referral partners, and the judicial system to ensure that individuals entering our program have the best possible chance at a successful, lasting re-entry. Our faith-based approach provides not only practical support but also the spiritual foundation needed for true transformation.
The Values That Guide Us
Faith-Based
Rooted in Christian principles, we believe spiritual transformation is the foundation of lasting change. Our program integrates discipleship, prayer, and biblical guidance.
Community-Focused
We work hand-in-hand with local organizations, families, and the judicial system to create a network of support that extends beyond our facility walls.
Dignity-Centered
Every individual who walks through our doors is treated with respect and compassion. We believe in the inherent worth of every person and their capacity for change.
